Returns & Refunds Policy
Please read our returns conditions carefully before sending any item back.
- No change-of-mind returns are accepted.
- A 35% restocking fee may apply to approved returns unless specified otherwise.
- No returns are accepted for special-order items.
- No freight charges are credited.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- You must contact us before returning any item.
- You must complete a return form before a return is processed.
- All returns are accepted at our discretion only.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee if not specified otherwise.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Any electrical products
- Some health and personal care items
- Sale items
- Helmets
- Underwears
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 67 Saint Vincent Street, NSN, Nelson 7010, New Zealand. Only mail your product once you have notified CFMOTO Nelson and they have accepted the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
